World's 10 Costliest Nations to Buy Diesel

A research compiled by Evans Hals haw reveals that Norway is the most expensive country to buy diesel in the world, in spite of being the fifth largest exporter of oil. Three sources were used for each diesel average in each country. These prices were compiled and an average was taken. We then compared this to the average disposable income figures based on Number data.

10. Finland
Average price of litre of diesel: Rs 104.1227
Percentage of disposable income spent on diesel: 6.77%



9. Denmark
Average price for litre of diesel: Rs 105
Percentage of income spent on diesel: 5.57%



8. Israel
Average price for litre of diesel: Rs 107.62
Percentage of income spent on diesel: 9.47%



7. Iceland
Average price for litre of diesel: Rs 108.49
Percentage of income spent on diesel: 8.97%



6. Sweden
Average price for litre of diesel: Rs 110.25
Percentage of income spent on diesel: 6.77%



5. Ireland
Average price for litre of diesel: Rs 111.99
Percentage of income spent on diesel: 7.02%



4. Italy
Average price for litre of diesel: Rs 116.37
Percentage of income spent on diesel: 11.61%



3. Greece
Average price for litre of diesel: Rs 118.9974
Percentage of income spent on diesel: 19.83%



2. United Kingdom
Average price for litre of diesel: Rs 119.8724
Percentage of income spent on diesel: 7.97%



1. Norway
Average price for litre of diesel: Rs 147.87
Percentage of income spent on diesel: 6.17%
